Faeria

Faeria is a card based strategy game that is currently being developed with an open Alpha available to the general public. Unlike most card based games like Hearthstone, the implementation of a living board has set this game apart from the rest of the competition.

Players are able to shape the field they battle on, making each match unique in its own way. Players are able to create a battlefield with the neutral cards and from four different elements, Lake, Forest, Mountain and Desert. Creatures summoned can only be positioned on its respective element creating a need to strategize each move.

Pros:

1. The 4 element concept of the game allows numerous different combinations and variations of decks.
2. The game is free to play and premium items are not overpowered which encourages more people to play the game.
3. The board layout is a very novel and unique in the history of card games as it is a new unexplored concept.

Cons:

1. The game is currently in early access and bugs in the game code is evidently abundant.
2. The number of cards are insufficient, more cards need to be added and some cards need to be re-evaluated and changed.
3. There is currently no version for iOS or Android, it would be much more convenient to be able to play anytime, anywhere on mobile devices.
